Drop-In Class

Have you been curious about trying a yoga class? Do you want to jumpstart your yoga practice and become more consistent. Check out our Monday class community and drop in for $12. (Pick one Monday session to attend between February 1st through April 26th.)

A zoom link will be sent for the date you have chosen. If you are unable to participate on the date selected, send a message on the Contact Us page and we will be happy to apply your payment to another date within the package selected. Please note only one change date will be honored.

General Information

Virtual Class

  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • It is best to practice on an empty stomach. Consume light meal at least 2 hours prior to class or a snack one hour prior.
  • Log into virtual class at least 5 minutes before start time.
  • Have available: yoga mat, strap, blanket, pillows, bolsters, and blocks. Adjustments are demonstrated using props.
  • Mute volume during class
  • Listen to your body and do not perform postures that cause you pain or major discomfort

In Studio Class

  • During pandemic: Wear a mask in accordance to local and state COVID requirements
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Practice on an empty stomach. Consume light meal at least 2 hours prior to class or a snack one hour prior.
  • Bring a water bottle and hand towel.
  • Bring your own mats and props. However, the following equipment are available for use at no additional charge: mats, straps, blankets, pillows, and blocks.
  • Refrain from chewing gum or wearing perfume.
  • A restroom is available

Studio Policies

  • Remove shoes prior to entering the studio classroom.
  • Silence mobile devices upon entering studio classroom. Turn off mobile devices during classes.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time to check-in.
  • New Students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class to complete waiver and check in.
  • At the close of the class, please replace all props to the place and presentation in which you found them.
  • Wipe down studio mats prior to putting away, cleaner is provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prepaid classes and absence from classes are non-refundable. Classes, workshops and events could be canceled by the studio due to low turnout or an emergency. If your class or event is canceled, you will be notified by email, text, or through Social media. You may receive a full refund or credit toward another class or event within the session term date if you choose.
